  • Yes! gisMOW2 uses Client Flags to indicate if a client has Dietary Restrictions, is At Risk, requires Priority Notes, is on a Package, is a Wellness and Reablement client, or has a Carer/Spouse. 
  • gisMOW2 uses Client Restrictions to provide an alert when a client has restrictions of any kind, and raises a red flag for Primary Restrictions warning of a meal the Client can’t have. Secondary Restrictions flag a substitute - extra gravy or texture modified diet, etc. These alerts can be applied globally or specific to a client or meal.

gisMOW2 has two versions available:

  1. A version installed locally on your fileserver/PC for MoW Services with poor internet connections. Installation and training can be achieved in a day by one of our experienced Helpdesk operators.
  2. A Cloud based version which will be provisioned for you on a Microsoft Azure platform within a secure Australian based Microsoft server. Training and assistance with the setup of your data is again provided by our experienced team

gisMOW2 helpdesk, manned by operators with many years of Meals on Wheels and gisMOW2 experience, is available Monday to Friday over extended hours as part of your annual subscription.

No, your annual subscription covers support and updates throughout the year. However, we reserve the option to charge if an issue relates to your specific IT environment.

gisMOW2 is only available by subscription to approved Meals on Wheels services in Queensland
